Normally one of the highlights of the first week in Junior School for Reception pupils, is to go on a tour of the grounds and pop into Mr Smith's office to test out his comfy chairs. However today's visit had to be from outside as we are trying to keep each bubble in the school separate, safe and secure. Hopefully a proper visit will be possible before too long.
It's been a busy first week back at school. Thank you to Miss Halstead for reminding us to take a #mindfulness moment to admire the marvellous views from some of our bubble classrooms with this one from the Sixth Form Study Room. #Roomwithaview #sandleford #newbury #berkshire #sixthformlife #scholllibrary
Today's Senior School assembly on Teams was led by 12S. Sixth form student Pollyanna has learnt sign language so impressed staff and pupils alike by signing her part of the assembly. #movedtotears https://t.co/cXVYittjfg
A virtual first, pupils share their achievements with the rest of junior schools from the comfort of their own classrooms. Horse riding rosettes, book writing, skateboarding, paddle boarding, learning sign language, maths and reading awards, what a talented bunch! https://t.co/gsAa4K3pW3
Booking is essential for our next open morning. Tours will be teacher led (for safety no pupils will be in school). Plans are subject to change based on government guidance but for now we are excited to have the chance to welcome back prospective parents. https://t.co/w4n8H1AvYn https://t.co/PLb0Tew53r
